STALL DETAILS

The market will be held both inside and outside at Lake George Winery. You will need to provide your own Marquee, table, and any other display items for your stall.

Each store holder must have their own insurance.

The standard stall size will be, no bigger than 3m x 3m

Stalls cost $45

Power will not be available for Market Stalls.

 

PAYMENT OF STALLS

Payment for you stall must be paid within five business days of being notified of successfully gaining a stall space. Payment can be made via bank transfer. Successful applicants will receive payments details once they have been approved.

 

NON-TRANSFERABLE

Stallholders are not allowed to on-sell or give away their stall space. If you can no longer attend, you must email Creative Event on hello@creativeevent.com.au

Stall fees are non-refundable.

INSURANCE

Each stall holder must provide proof of Public Liability Insurance. Your policy must be for an amount not less than $10 Million. You must provide evidence of your insurance. All stall holders agree that the event coordinators may request to view the Certificate of Currency or Schedule of Insurance at any point. You will need to email a copy to hello@creativeevent.com.au, if you are an accepted applicant.

ACCESS TO VENUE

Access and set up for all stall holders will be between 8am-9:30am. All stalls must be set up by 1:30pm. Trading hours for the market is 2:00pm-9:00pm. All areas must be left as you found it. Please take all of your belongings and rubbish with you.

 

SET-UP

You will need to supply your own equipment. You will need to supply everything you need for your stall. This includes a marquee, tables and lighting. There will be no facilities to get change once the market has started.

There will be market staff directing traffic and stall holders when you arrive. Please unpack your car and move it to parking asap.

COVID

Please ensure you follow Lake George Winery COVID SAFE PLAN. If the markets are impacted by COVID we will contact each stall holder.  We recommend each stall holder provides their own PPE and Hand Sanitiser.

DECLARATION

Please note all sections of this application form must be completed to be considered for the Vine N Vibes Markets at Lake George Winery 2021.

  • I understand that applying does not guarantee a confirmed stall at this event.

  • I understand that spaces are limited, and applicants will be notified by email regarding their status.

 

IF MY APPLICATION IS SICCESSFUL

  • I acknowledge that I must abide by the terms and conditions relating to this event

  • I agree to pay the stall fees in the advised time frame, or I will forfeit my stall

  • I acknowledge that stall fees are non-refundable
